What is camera raw filter?
Camera raw filter is just like a small version of Lightroom built-in adobe photoshop to adjust during your workflow. It is very handy as you don’t need to open the lightroom you can get nearly the same result in the lightroom.
How to use camera raw filter?
Let me show you an example.
Now go on Filters>Camera Raw Filter OR press Shift+Cntrl+A in PC and Shift+Cmd+A in MAC. An interface like this will open.
You will interface like this. You can play around will sliders to get your desired outcome. You can change brightness, contrast, exposure, colours, sharpness and much more by just sliding sliders.

You can get dramatic effects by either manually tweaking the sliders or by using presets which you can get by clicking on two circles above 3 dots on the right column.
As you can see in the above image, you can use many pre-built filters/preset.
